No, Temu does not feature a product testing program in the direct sense. This doesn't mean you can't actually review products for Temu.
There's another program run by Temu that comes with basically the same benefits as a Temu product tester program would have, with just a few more perks.
This program, of course, is the influencer program that just recently merged with Temu's affiliate program, allowing influencers and known figures to promote Temu products by promoting their links and leaving a review for the product they've had to use before.
As a member of the influencer program, you'll receive free products to use and leave an honest review after you've had to test everything about the product. It is more like the SHEIN product review or the Amazon Vine program.
So, simply put, you can become a Temu product tester or reviewer by joining the affiliate + influencer program that will give you even more perks than what you'll expect from a simple product testing program.

As earlier mentioned, Temu does not have a product testing or reviewer program. If you need something that comes closer to what you can expect from a product testing program, you can opt for the affiliate + influencer program.
The Temu affiliate program stands alone on its own with its own requirements, and if you're looking to be part of the influencer program, you'll definitely need to meet the affiliate + influencer requirements.
What are the Requirements to Become a Temu Product Tester?
The requirements we're talking about here are just what you need to become a Temu influencer, which includes the following:
- Review the Terms of Service.
- The median views for your last 20 content pieces on social media should not be less than 100 in the last 90 days, and this depends on the platform:
At least 100 views for YouTube videos.
At least 300 views for Instagram.
At least 500 views for TikTok. - Must have published engaging content (posts, videos, reels) in the last 90 days.
- Be located in an eligible country.

Now that you know the requirements, it's more than time to jump straight into the steps.
Anyone can apply and even sign up for the program, but it is not a guarantee that your application will get approved. Only Temu owns that decision. So it is worth giving a try.
That said, here are the steps you need to take when looking to become a Temu product tester.
Step 1: Sign Up for a Temu Account
You can't become a Temu product tester without even having an account in the first place. I'm typically addressing anyone reading this who hasn't signed up for Temu just yet. So just download Temu from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and sign up for an account.
Step 2: Search for "Influencer Program" in the Temu App
The next thing you'll want to do is to key in the term "influencer program" in the app's search bar. You can do so by simply tapping on the bar and entering "influencer program". You will automatically get redirected to the influencer section (if you're located in an eligible region).
If you didn't download the app as required in the first step, you can also sign up and apply for the influencer program directly from Temu's website.

If you can see the dashboard as shown in the screenshot above, it means you're following correctly.
Step 3: Authorize Your Social Media Account
We mentioned a social media presence in the requirements earlier, right? Now it is time for that one to come into play. Now it is time to authorize your social media account.
To do so, click on the orange "Authozie to unlock" button just below the dashboard, and you'll see something come up like what's in the screenshot below.
From here, just select the social media account you want to link to Temu—it can be TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram. I recommend selecting your most exposed account—that is, the one with the most subscribers, views, and engagement.
Remember, the more engagement, the more credit you'll have and the better your chances for getting approved will be.
Once you're done authorizing, you are through for the next step.
Step 4: Wait for Temu's Decision
Now comes the most difficult part—waiting for Temu to approve your application. They can take up to 7 business days to review your application and give you a response. So all you can do at this stage is to wait.
Step 5: Start Reviewing After You're Approved
If your application gets approved, you'll be able to access your influencer dashboard and see how many credits you've been rewarded.
It is from this same dashboard that you'll be able to request products to test and give your honest review. So always watch out for the announcement.
